Bringing Joy to Others with Our Visits

About Us

Minis 2 Love is a non-profit organization that uses miniature horses to provide emotional support to children and adults suffering from long term illness, loss of a loved one, as well as those who are in crisis. We visit rehab and assisted living facilities to bring a little bit of joy to the residents' day.

Welcome to Minis 2 Love! Here you can learn more about our horses and what we actually do to bring joy to others.

We are back in full swing with a busy fall calendar of visits and events! It was exciting to get back to our visiting routine. We're also visiting a couple of Fall Festivals, too.

What's Happening Now

In the past year, we have met several of our long term goals. It's so exciting!

*We visited two homes where adults/children are suffering from long term illness.

*We have worked with our local VA by sharing our program, having them come to the barn to train with the horses and clean the stalls and pasture. We even had a group walk downtown with the horses and share info with those who approached the horses with questions.

*We have started opening the doors to students in public schools by visiting the entire first grade at Hodge Elementary School. We hope to grow that relationship.

*We're working with the staff and residents at Georgia Regional Hospital and loving it!

*We visited all groups at Coastal Harbor Behavioral Centers.

*We continue to volunteer at Hospice Savannah.

*We're working with Affinis Hospice by visiting facilities where they have patients.

Celebrating our 5th
Anniversary in the
month of October!
